About our Homes
The MADU is a stylish 390 sq ft mobile ADU featuring a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping areas, and two versatile flex rooms. Designed in a three-unit courtyard layout, it fits beautifully in a 20' x 45' backyard, yet adapts well to compact spaces as well.
Easy Permitting
The MADU is legal and permittable for permanent living and rental use in most major Californian cities, including Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, San Jose, and more. It meets ANSI 119.5 standards for safety and is built to last. In Los Angeles and Riverside, backyard applications must be approved within 2 months, allowing for rapid setup.
